i4Y Co-Director, Dr. Emily Ozer was recently selected to receive the Award for Distinguished Contribution to Theory and Research in Community Psychology from the Society for Community Research and Action (SCRA). Each year, the award is presented by SCRA to an individual whose research and scholarship has significantly furthered the field of community psychology. The Youth & Allies Against Homelessness (YAAH) team is excited to announce a report titled “The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Youth Experiencing Homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area.” The report was released at an event for community partners on May 17th, 2023. The report summarizes the results of an online survey of Bay Area youth experiencing homelessness.
